Delivery of my order
Where can I have my order delivered?
Dione Couture delivers in France. Delivery areas vary depending on the site you are on (on the French site we deliver to metropolitan France, Corsica, on the European site everywhere except the UK, etc...). There are no shipping costs for France for home delivery via Colissimo or Mondial Relay.
How can I access the tracking of my order?
As soon as your order is validated and prepared by our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, on which you will find your tracking number. You just have to copy the tracking number received by email on the "parcel tracking" page to check the status of your delivery, the link will redirect you to the carrier's website.
I have not received my order confirmation or my tracking number

I made a mistake in the delivery address, can I change it?
If you made a mistake in the delivery address, it may still be possible for us to change it, it all depends on whether your order has been processed by the warehouse or not. If it has been taken care of, we will no longer be able to modify it, but if you are faster than a galloping unicorn we can update it without any problem. Returns
Can I return a product purchased on the e-shop?
Any product purchased on our e-shop must be returned to our address.
In both cases, the return of your product must be made within 30 days of receiving your purchase. The product(s) must be intact and in its original packaging.

We work with two companies specialized in online transactions (Paypal & Stripe) which encrypt all your banking details. It is impossible, even for a hacker from a neighboring galaxy, to discover your credit card numbers
I have a promo code, how can I use it?
After validating your cart, you will find a box on the right, "Gift card or promo code", in which you will need to enter your promo code. To validate it, just click on "apply". Don't forget to check that the code has been taken into account before validating your order.
