Delivery Policy - Dione Couture

At Dione Couture, we pay special attention to the preparation, quality, and delivery of each order. Our shipments are made with reliable logistics partners to ensure fast, secure, and tracked delivery.

1. Processing and Shipping Times

All orders are prepared and shipped from our warehouses within an average of 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking number that allows you to track the progress of your package in real time.

2. Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your country and shipping method:

  • Mainland France: 5 to 9 business days on average
  • Belgium, 🇱🇺 Luxembourg, 🇨🇭 Switzerland: 6 to 10 business days
  • Other European Union countries: 7 to 12 business days
  • Rest of the world: 10 to 15 business days

These times are provided as an indication and may vary slightly during peak periods (sales, Black Friday, holidays, etc.).

3. Order Tracking

4. Delivery to Collection Points

When a package is delivered to a collection point, the customer is required to collect it within the timeframe specified by the carrier (usually 5 to 10 days depending on the chosen service).

Important: In accordance with European Directive 2011/83/EU, when a package is not collected within the specified time and is returned to the sender, this does not fall under the right of withdrawal. The seller having fulfilled their delivery obligation, the return and reshipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Upon request, the customer may obtain a new shipment after payment of the corresponding logistics fees. In the event of refusal of redelivery, the refund will be made after deduction of the actual transport costs incurred.

5. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears to be blocked or delayed, our customer service will contact the carrier to open an investigation. An order is considered lost only after official confirmation from the carrier.

In this case, Dione Couture will proceed with a full refund or free reshipment according to your preference.

6. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, it is imperative to report it to the delivery person or collection point upon receipt, and then contact our customer service within 48 hours with supporting photos. Our team will then handle the case and propose the most suitable solution (replacement, partial or full refund).
