Return and Refund Policy – Dione Couture

At Dione Couture, we make every effort to ensure the satisfaction of our customers. This policy defines the conditions under which an item can be returned, exchanged, or refunded, in accordance with European distance selling legislation.
1. Right of withdrawal (change of mind)
In accordance with European Directive 2011/83/EU and Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have a 14 calendar day period from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify reasons or pay penalties.

Items must be returned in their original condition (not worn for an extended period, not washed, not perfumed, without signs of wear or odor, with original tags and packaging). Briefly tried items are accepted, but products showing signs of prolonged use (creased folds, stains, hairs, odors, worn soles, etc.) will not be eligible for a full refund.
In case of product depreciation, a partial refund may be offered, proportional to the condition observed during quality control.
2. Defective, damaged items or shipping error
If the received item has a defect, damage, or does not correspond to the ordered model, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the package, attaching clear photos of the product in question.
In this case, Dione Couture fully handles the resolution of the problem according to our after-sales service funnels:
- Shipping error: full refund without the need for return, or sending the correct model depending on availability.
- Minor defect: proposal of a partial refund or exchange depending on the severity observed.
- Major defect or unusable item: full refund or free exchange according to your preference.
3. Return procedure
Before any shipment, please contact our customer service to validate your eligibility and obtain the return address. No package will be accepted without prior validation from the after-sales service.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer within the right of withdrawal. In the case of a defective item or shipping error, the return or replacement costs are covered by Dione Couture.
4. Processing time
Once the package is received and checked by our quality team, the refund will be made within 7 to 10 working days according to your initial payment method.
5. Non-returnable products
For reasons of hygiene and safety, certain items cannot be returned: lingerie, earrings, accessories such as scrunchies or headbands, personalized or custom-made items.
